Unbelievably Luxurious Celebrity Homes That You Have To See

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to live like a celebrity? Well, we probably won’t be able to fully show you what it’s like, but we can at least show you the awesome mansions in which some of them live. And, we’re sure you won’t be surprised to know that, from the Hamptons in New York to the Hollywood Hills in California, these celebrities live like kings and queens in the best investment areas that the US—nay, the world—has to offer. So, without further ado, feast your eyes on these homes that will no doubt make you plebeians green with envy.

BRITNEY SPEARS – $7.4 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Pop icon Britney Spears, who, to her credit, was able to change the landscape of the music industry in the ‘90s because of her innumerable hits, reportedly lives in this mega-mansion in California. The mansion, of course, is stunning—can anyone really expect anything less from Britney Spears? No, of course not! The Neoclassical Italian mansion not only has a stunning view of the Santa Monica landscape but has its own tennis court and golf course, too!

When Britney featured her home during one interview, we couldn’t help but notice the ornate railing of her staircase, which must have taken a lot of people more than a few hours to complete. The mansion features vaulted ceilings, large rooms, oak library, chef’s kitchen with breakfast room and 4 family bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Britney’s house appears to be an open layout on the ground floor, with a sofa and TV in the background, and a stone floor.

DRAKE – $7.7 MILLION, HIDDEN HILLS

The ever-ubiquitous hip-hop star, mogul, and all-around entrepreneur, Drake, has a lot to boast about, not least because he owns this fantastic mansion in Hidden Hills that reportedly has a huge pool that it is surrounded by caves. The mansion covers an area of 50,000 square feet and is equipped with an NBA-regulated indoor basketball court and crowned by a 21-square-foot pyramid skylight. Have you ever seen a pool surrounded by caves? Well, we invite you to check the pictures of the mansion online, because it is simply out of this world.

Indeed, the pool was designed with Hugh Hefner’s playboy mansion in mind, because the intention was to top the former. And, to a huge degree, it more than succeeded in that regard. The mansion covers an area of 50,000 square feet and is equipped with an NBA-regulated indoor basketball court, crowned by a 21-square-foot pyramid skylight. In terms of form, materials and execution, this house is a 19th century limestone mansion. But the external outline is smaller and the lines are cleaner.

MILEY CYRUS – $1.7 MILLION, MALIBU

Singer, songwriter, and actress, Miley Cyrus, whose love life, in recent years, has been a roller coaster ride of sorts, used to own this sweet mansion in Malibu Hills but sold it for much less than she purchased it for. The house has 7 bedrooms. The house is bright and airy, with dark wooden decorations and 70s bohemian interiors. There is a large open kitchen with French doors that leads to a large lush garden with a hot tub.

It reportedly got ravaged by the Woolsey Fire in November of 2018, but the actress, who’s got wads of cash to spend for any occasion, was able to have the place renovated in no time. She posted a photo of the home on her Instagram showing the damage, and it looked like a ruinous heap. But we’re sure the investment property looks much better now!

GIADA DE LAURENTIIS – $3.2 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Multi-awarded celebrity chef, writer, and host, Giada De Laurentiis, who many will know as the host of Food Network’s popular cooking show Giada at Home, reportedly had a hand in her home’s transformation into a thing of contemporary beauty. She worked with her husband Todd Thompson and an esteemed architect by the name of Peter Cohen to transform the 1,600-square-foot home she lived in for 14 years into something that can only be described as exquisite. The house has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. And, to the trio’s credit, the Pacific Palisades home did turn out to be spectacular.

There are many details around the house, such as the curved dining room, which has many windows to enjoy the view of the courtyard. According to Dirt, there is enough space, and there are two garages and on-street parking spaces for anyone visiting.

QUEEN LATIFAH – $2.4 MILLION, NEW JERSEY

Multi-awarded American actress, rapper, singer and producer, Queen Latifah, has listed her palatial New Jersey home for sale for $2.4 million in 2014. The 7,882-square-foot home, which reportedly sits on 9.52 acres of land, was bought by Latifah in 2001, shortly after it was constructed. And, believe us when we tell you: ‘huge’ is too effete a word to describe the 23-room home, which features an Olympic-sized pool that even Michael Phelps will be happy over.

The house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The mansion impeccably retains the original landscaped grounds, five-car garage and Olympic-standard heated swimming pool. There is a huge entertainment space inside, open and full of light, with a fitness room, a game room and four fireplaces. Photos of the investment property were splashed all over the internet, and even the bathroom, with its own fireplace, is nothing short of drool-worthy.

KATY PERRY – $8.85 MILLION, L.A.

Singer, songwriter and television singing contest judge, Katy Perry, used to own this lavish compound in the Hollywood Hills which she sold off for $8.85 million. Interestingly enough, Perry bought the place from oil heiress Aileen Getty in 2013 for a whopping $8.2 million, which means that Perry happily made a few hundred thousand dollars from its recent sale. The house is located on two acres of land, surrounded by fruit trees and gardens, bordering Runyon Canyon Park.

The Mediterranean-style compound features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, another two-story structure that serves as the guest house, and a long, impressive driveway. It also apparently has a security guardhouse and is fitted with a top-notch home security system. Perry asked for a property in Hollywood Hills for $9.45 million. Four years ago, she bought it and the modern-style house next door for $11.2 million. Perry has been busy in the real estate market lately. In addition to purchasing a 5,500-square-foot home in Beverly Hills, she won an important court decision earlier this year.

CHRIS EVANS – $3.5 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Hollywood actor Chris Evans, who has the distinction of playing the role of two Marvel characters, namely the Human Torch of the Fantastic Four films and Captain America of The Avengers films, reportedly had to outbid more than a few people to acquire this investment mansion in Hollywood Hills. The home, built in the ‘40s, boasts three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a grand spa. The master room has a large window, allows Evans to enjoy most of the daylight.

There is also a separate apartment to receive guests. Outdoor has a patio with a fireplace and swimming pool. The residence is very elegant and stylish. The white walls and interior accessories provide a sense of purity and contrast with some dark furniture. The price Evans was able to acquire the home for is said to be $20,000 more than its initial listing price. A bidding war ensued, and Evans happily won.

KANYE WEST – $20 MILLION, HIDDEN HILLS

American rapper, singer, entrepreneur and fashion designer, Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian, purchased this mansion in Hidden Hills for $20 million in 2014. And, you can be excused for not being aware of the fact if you’re not one to be Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Still, indeed, it’s hard to avoid the ubiquity of the home in-and-around Kim’s social media accounts, where she doesn’t infrequently snap photos of herself luxuriating within its walls.

The couple reportedly had the investment property renovated, and it took several years to finish. As to the cost of the renovation? It was another $20 million—seriously! Since then, the house has been entirely re-beautified, and several additions have been completed to provide the place with a larger master bedroom and recording studio. According to TMZ, not only did the couple eventually move into the house, but recent assessments indicated that it was worth as much as $60 million.

SHAQUILLE O’NEAL – $28 MILLION, ORLANDO

Basketball star Shaquille O’Neal, who is widely regarded as one of the best basketball players in the history of the NBA, reportedly listed this Orlando mansion for $28 million. The reason is that he no longer spends time in Orlando, and decided to part with the massive estate. The 31,000-square-foot property, which boasts 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, is apparently located within a golf and country club, and it offers spectacular views of Lake Butler.

The house was built in 1990, and Shaq purchased the house in 1993, customized and expanded it to make room for his hobbies, precious souvenirs, luxury cars and his own house. There are about 17 collection cars and racing cars in Shaq’s spacious car showroom. The investment property was featured in The Washington Post, and it looks like every square inch of the property is exquisite.

ALAN JACKSON – $28 MILLION, TENNESSEE

American country music singer Alan Jackson, who’s received the distinction of being one of America’s best-selling musical artists of all time, reportedly sold his 135-acre estate for a cool $28 million in 2010. The initial asking price was $38 million, but the price was dropped due to market disinterest. The mansion is located just outside Nashville, on the top of the hill, which has more than 4 acres of property.

The surrounding are lush trees, and the manor is covered by an extra 120 acres of green space, providing plenty of privacy and beautiful views. The estate was featured in numerous webzines, and if the pictures are any indication, the mansion is quite majestic, boasting a 20-car garage, a gymnasium, a human-made lake, and its boathouse. Indeed, the place is so big that when it was sold, it made history as the most significant investment property sale in the area since the ’90s.

EDDIE MURPHY – $85 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Eddie Murphy is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and former cast member of Saturday Night Live. He is one of the few elite Hollywood comedians who were given a Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. The legendary actor reportedly put this Moroccan-inspired mega-mansion for sale in the ‘90s for an undisclosed amount.

The people who purchased it from Murphy, however, listed it for sale for $85 million in 2016. That’s quite a hefty price tag but with good reason as the home carries so much heritage from one of the greatest comedic actors of all time. Interestingly enough, the home was once owned by Cher, another Hollywood icon, who sold it to Murphy for an amount much lower than what it is valued at today. The whole investment property sits on 16 acres of land and has a 20,000-square-foot main house as well as a 7,000 square-foot structure for guests.

CELINE DION – $38.5 MILLION, FLORIDA

International singing sensation Celine Dion gained widespread recognition after the release of her album Unison in 1990. She reportedly sold this Bahamian-inspired Florida estate for $38.5 million. The memorabilia that the award-winning singer left in the house probably speaks more for the value than the actual home itself.

The price that Dion and her buyer settled on was way below her initial asking price of $72.5 million, but way above the $7.032 million Dion and her husband shelled out to acquire it back in 2008. The investment property reportedly has its private beach, as well as three geothermal-heated swimming pools. Having such luxurious features would cost newer homes a huge amount of money just to maintain and keep in pristine condition. The home is so huge that it is no wonder that the taxes for the property alone are said to exceed $350,000 per year.

MICHAEL JORDAN – $15 MILLION, CHICAGO

American former professional basketball player and business mogul Michael Jordan, who many will know as the GOAT of basketball—that is to say, the Greatest of All Time—has had luck in pretty much every endeavor he’s entered into except real estate. The famous Michael Jordan mansion has been on the market for quite some time now and no one has given it much attention despite being previously lived in by the legendary basketball player.

And we say that because it’s been a while since he listed his home for sale, and he still hasn’t sold the investment property despite having cut the price down numerous times. He listed it for $29 million way back in 2012, and after so many price cuts, it is now listed at $15 million, and will reportedly include every single pair of Air Jordans that came out in the size of the buyer’s choosing.

TRISTAN THOMPSON – $1.9 MILLION, CLEVELAND

Professional basketball player Tristan Thompson, who’s more popular for his romantic entanglement with Khloé Kardashian than his being a player for the Cleveland Cavaliers, reportedly purchased this home in Cleveland that sits right across Lake Erie. A priceless view for a house that’s not as expensive as it seems, Thompson scored big time on his purchase with this home.

It was supposed to be the place where Khloé would stay whenever he had to be in Cleveland for a game. And the home is reportedly a techie’s dream, with its smart features and top-notch home security system. It also reportedly has a lot of amenities like five huge bedrooms, seven bathrooms, its theater room, and an “incredible nanny suite.” Anyone viewing the house for the first time would think that the asking price for it would be insanely high but it is reported to be within the reasonable price range for houses in the area.

HEIDI KLUM – $24 MILLION, L.A.

Model, actor, producer, and television personality, Heidi Klum, let go of this stunning Los Angeles estate for a whopping $24 million in 2014. It shouldn’t have been an easy decision to make as the property is gorgeous inside and out. Klum hired the services of a team of home renovation experts to have the place restored before deciding to list it on the market.

That’s quite the dedication as most homeowners that have similar properties would leave repairs to the buyers themselves. It was reported that all the appliances, flooring, and woodworks inside the home were replaced with brand new and modern ones, which means that the new owners had very little to worry about after the purchase. Indeed, if photos of the home online are any indication, the new owners have a lot to be happy about. The house is now owned by a non-celebrity family.

VAL KILMER

Val Edward Kilmer is an American actor. He was originally a stage actor, but after appearing in a series of performances in comedy movies, he became a movie star in the mid-1980s. Kilmer started renovating his 1970s house in the suburbs of Santa Fe as an investment, giving it a much more modern and welcoming appeal than most of the houses he’s owned before. In the living room, New Guinea-carved and painted totems are placed by the Chihua-style fireplace.

On top of the wardrobe is a Papago cradle. Kilmer’s attention to detail and personal taste is obvious with the design elements chosen throughout the home. The candles of the entire Mexican church are specially made for shops in Kent. The dining room was full of Limbert’s chairs and tables. On the table are sterling silver cutlery made by Navajo and silver candlesticks handmade by Jennifer Graham. Above is an antique antler chandelier.

BEN STILLER – $11.5 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Comedian, writer, producer and Tom Cruise impersonator, Ben Stiller, is said to be the former owner of this Los Angeles mansion, which had been purchased by fellow Hollywood actor Jason Statham, an equally high-profile actor with many roles in blockbuster movies such as The Fast and the Furious franchise. Weirdly enough, as only Ben Stiller can attest to, he shared in an interview that he believes some of the homes he’s lived in seem to be haunted.

Superstition isn’t something that is taken seriously in real estate especially when celebrity homes are the properties in question, but Ben Stiller seems quite serious about his claims. Luckily, Stiller never reported seeing any ghosts in this lavish Los Angeles investment property, which boasts an amazing 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, approximately 5,000 square feet of living space, a sizable movie theater, a gorgeous pool, and awesome Spanish-style detailing.

GOLDIE HAWN & KURT RUSSELL – $6.9 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, who’ve been married since 1983, are one of the most beloved couples in Hollywood. The couple reportedly sold this luxury California Estate for $6.9 million in 2017. The exact price tag of the property was never revealed to the public, but we’re sure that it has at least tripled in value since the couple’s purchase in the ‘80s.

The home was featured in Architectural Digest, and we have to say that it is quite out of this world having a design that pays homage to the past and present with classic and modern elements. The home is said to have been constructed in 1951 and had gone through numerous renovations ever since. Among the many creature comforts that the investment property boasts are a spa, a gym, and a huge theater room. There’s also a skylight in the main living room which is nothing short of impressive.

STEVE HARVEY – $7.7 MILLION, CHICAGO

Businessman, comedian, and host of The Steve Harvey Show, Steve Harvey, gained wider recognition for completely botching his announcement of the winner of the Miss Universe Pageant. Interestingly, Steve reportedly rented his apartment at Trump International Hotel and Tower for five years and never once thought about buying it for himself.

We’re not sure why the host didn’t simply buy the investment property since he had the money to do so, but it was somehow acquired by someone else to the tune of $7.7 million. The apartment sits at the heart of the city and with such a gorgeous view, one can’t go wrong with writing a check for a home this beautiful. Modern and classic architecture are scattered throughout the apartment with hints of personality here and there. At $1,400 per square foot, the unit was said to have been sold for much higher than its market value.

BRADLEY COOPER – $13.5 MILLION, NEW YORK

To his credit, Hollywood A-Lister Bradley Cooper is one of the few Hollywood celebrities that has been inducted into Time Magazine’s list of 100 Most Influential People. The famous actor reportedly bought this Greenwich Townhouse in New York for $13.5 million a few years ago and since then, has added a lot of personal elements that represent his character.

The trust under which Cooper made the purchase was supposed to keep the deal under the wraps, but we suppose that a few enterprising individuals somehow managed to get wind of the deal, so it was eventually publicized. The modern townhouse, which boasts 4,000 square feet of space, is said to have a 1000-bottle wine cellar to accompany its massive floor space. Cooper hasn’t given any comments about the question of possibly selling the townhouse for double or even triple the price but we’re sure that the idea has him thinking.

PADMA LAKSHMI – UNDISCLOSED, NEW YORK

Padma Lakshmi is an Indian-American model, author, executive producer, and television host, who’s famous for hosting the television cooking competition Top Chef. Lakshmi had her New York apartment featured in an Indian real estate webzine. The magazine blew up the architectural world with ideas on her property’s design elements. And if the photos of her cozy abode are any indication, the design of the place, adorned as it is with various colorful artwork, can be said to have been inspired by her heritage.

Lakshmi has two cultural backgrounds to gain inspiration from and her lineage has inspired her to create such a unique home. Indeed, to some degree, she’s injected the apartment with her style by making sure each corner features one of the carefully curated pieces she’s purchased from around the world. The physical design pieces combined with the immovable aesthetic elements of the home make for one unforgettable dwelling place.

RUSH LIMBAUGH – $26 MILLION PALM BEACH, FL

Rush Limbaugh is a radio host and a political commentator. He has an estimated net worth of $500 million and is probably the richest conservative political analyst in the US today. Limbaugh reportedly owns this investment property in Palm Beach, Florida, which is one of the most stunning properties in the area. It is a 2.2-acre estate that boasts a private beach area, a putting green, and four other smaller structures that serve as guest homes.

It certainly has the features and amenities you would expect a politician to enjoy when he’s not doing something important. We’re not sure why anyone will need four guest homes though, but we suppose it’s because rich people receive many visitors regularly. The home is remarkably huge and is expected for someone like Limbaugh, who has such a large net worth that only increases by the day.

KAWHI LEONARD – $13.3 MILLION, RANCHO SANTA FE

Kawhi Leonard is a professional basketball player, who currently plays for the Los Angeles Clippers. Leonard reportedly dropped $13.3 million for this Rancho Santa Fe estate. After winning the 2019 NBA championship with the Toronto Raptors, we’re sure Leonard’s on the market for another luxurious home to add to his list of properties.

The mansion is said to sit on five acres of land and was sold to the NBA player after having undergone an extensive amount of renovation and modification. Among the notable features of the home are a wine vault, a home theater, and a massive pool, complete with fountains, waterfalls, and lounge decks. Kawhi is also reported to have a basketball court somewhere on the property but sources have yet to confirm that claim. It looks like Leonard got the investment property for a big discount, too, because it was initially listed at $16 million.

KEVIN DURANT – $13.49 MILLION, MALIBU

NBA superstar Kevin Durant is one of the highest-paid stars in the league and one of the most admired athletes in the world. The Brooklyn Nets star reportedly sold this Malibu mansion before signing with his current team. Durant experienced several injuries during his time with the Golden State Warriors and this may have been one of the reasons why the NBA player wanted to have a change of environment.

His contract with the Nets was reportedly worth $164 million, so we’re pretty sure he’ll be moving into a home that’s fancier soon enough. Durant is also getting a pretty penny from the sale, considering he acquired the investment property for $12.05 million sometime in 2018, which is a million less than what he sold it for. The property was featured in Architectural Digest, and based on those pictures, the new owner certainly has a lot to be happy about.

ALI WENTWORTH & GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS — $6 MILLION, SOUTH HAMPTON

American actress Ali Wentworth, and her equally famous husband, ABC News chief anchor correspondent George Stephanopoulos was said to have met on a blind date in 2001 where they immediately fell in love with each other. The celebrity couple has reportedly sold this obnoxiously large estate in South Hampton for a whopping $6 million. The real estate property would have originally sold for much lower if they had decided to sell the house a few years ago.

They listed this home in 2016 but suddenly had a change of heart the same year and removed it from the market. Whatever their reasons were for removing their listing on the real estate market, it turned to be a bad decision as the property has depreciated. Unsurprisingly, two years later, it looks like they had changed their minds once more as they had sold the investment property for a tad less than what they initially asked for.

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER – $12.9 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is a native Austrian who was catapulted to stardom after playing a T-800 terminator in the film The Terminator. He is also known for being one of the most successful bodybuilders of all time. After years of getting caught in the public eye, however, the former world-class bodybuilder and semi-retired Hollywood actor is now living a private life with his family away from the spotlight. He reportedly sold this California investment property for $12.9 Million.

Arnold left a few personal touches to his luxurious home before selling it, so the next owners of the house must be ecstatic about that. The sprawling mansion itself is quite popular for its simple aesthetic elegance, which boasts many spectacular amenities such as a geometrically-shaped pool, surrounded entirely by lush greeneries. But, happily, the 10,000-square-foot estate in The Pacific Palisades was sold in 2013, hopefully to foreigners who have no idea about what went on within its majestic walls.

EMINEM – $1.9 MILLION, ROCHESTER HILLS

American rapper and producer Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, has reportedly parted with this unbelievably large estate in Rochester Hills for a cool $1.9 million. Despite selling the property for a modest price, the award-winning rapper seems to have other plans in real estate.

The home, which was purchased by Eminem in 2003, is said to sit on 17,000 square feet of land, and has, among its other amenities, a waterfall pool, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a sizable guest house with its huge man cave. The property has everything an owner would need to be completely contented with life even if he is isolated from the rest of the world. Eminem, unfortunately, sold the investment property for much less than what he spent to acquire it in 2003. If reports about the mansion are accurate, Eminem bought it for $4.8 million, which is a far cry from the $1.9 million he listed it for.

JANE FONDA – $13 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

Former model, actress, and staunch political activist, Jane Fonda, a celebrity who’s got a Wikipedia page that can fill a book, reportedly listed this Beverly Hills mansion for $13 million. An incredible amount for a house that isn’t that enormous, but the property reportedly offers more than meets the eye. The house, which Fonda co-owned with her then-partner, Richard Perry, was constructed in 1971 and was previously owned by John Rich, a multi-awarded television director who passed away in 2012.

This little gem of an investment property boasts, of all things, a glass elevator, a recording studio, and a solar-heated swimming pool. These are only some of the luxuries that the home offers. It doesn’t even count the modifications and renovations that Fonda has done in the past to upgrade the value of the home. The new owners were also said to become neighbors with Fonda, as she reportedly intends to relocate to a house in the same area.

RAMI MALEK — UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT, LOS ANGELES

Rami Malek is an award-winning actor who is somewhat of a Hollywood journeyman before hitting it big in the role of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury in the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody. After getting his big break and making a handsome paycheck with the movie, the actor seems to be living life more luxuriously now that he has the money to spend. Rami reportedly owns this beautiful yet somewhat modest home in Los Angeles.

And, when we say “modest,” we mean that by celebrity standards. Rami reportedly stays in the house with his brother Sami, who is his identical twin. We aren’t sure how much the Malek brothers paid to acquire the investment property, but since Rami is one of the stars in Hollywood whose popularity is on the rise, it’s safe to say that he can be expected to be moving to a bigger place soon.

ARIANA GRANDE – $16 MILLION, NEW YORK

Singer and occasional actress Ariana Grande reportedly spends a lot of time in this $16 million-dollar penthouse that is located in a swanky side of New York. This area is known for having the best home security provided by elite and top-notch companies. The abode was designed by Zaha Hadid, an Iraqi-British architect, and the first female recipient of the Pritzker Architecture Prize, which is Britain’s premier award for architecture.

Hadid designed the home specifically with the idea that Ariana Grande will consider the penthouse as her personal and primary space when she’s not performing. Grande doesn’t hold back whenever she gets an opportunity to snap and share photos of herself within the penthouse’s walls on Instagram, so we know how the place looks and we can report that it is stunning. Among the amazing amenities that the place includes are an indoor pool and IMAX theater.

DEMI LOVATO – $2.2 MILLION, TOLUCA LAKE

Demi Lovato is one of the most beloved singer-songwriters of her time. She started her career as a cast member of the children’s TV show Barney and Friends. She has also been inducted by Time Magazine to their “100 Most Influential People” list. Demi is one of the most versatile performers active today and perhaps adding to her list of talents is her taste in real estate homes.

While many of her fans thought that she owned this $2.2 million mansion in Toluca Lake, Lovato herself confirmed through social media that she was only renting and staying temporarily until she finds her dream house. This piece of news is an old one, however, since Lovato reportedly already left the investment property and has not stayed in it since 2014. We’re not sure if this home with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms is still on the market, but if the photos are any indication, it does look like a steal.

RICK ROSS – $5.8 MILLION, GEORGIA

American rapper Rick Ross rose to stardom with his single “Hustlin’” He was so good that he even prompted a bidding war among producers like Diddy, Irv Gotti, and Jay Z just to sign him in their respective record labels back in the day. Ross reportedly purchased this mansion in Georgia for $5.8 million a few years ago, which happened to be the former mansion of heavy-weight boxer Evander Holyfield.

With such a rich heritage and legacy left within the walls of such a beautiful home, it would be an understatement to call the property ‘priceless’ and the word ‘mansion’ is too effete to describe this investment property because it’s got 109 rooms. The unbelievably huge estate sits on 235 acres of land, and also has the distinction of being the largest residential home in Georgia with no competitors coming close to the cultural significance that is represented by the home.

ADAM SANDLER – $28 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

The beloved actor-comedian Adam Sandler is one of the richest people in Hollywood with an estimated net worth of $420 million. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that the well-off actor would have an impressive investment portfolio in Los Angeles, including an enormous compound with three houses that are all next to each other. This luxurious property is a rarity among celebrities as it is quite impossible to purchase homes that are close to each other in today’s saturated market.

The estimated worth of all three properties is $28 million, and we could only assume that number will only appreciate as the properties increase in value over the years under the ownership of the famous actor. One of the houses was even owned by power couple Kurt Russel and Goldie Hawn. The area where Sandler’s three mansions are situated is also an exclusive one, and Sandler counts other Hollywood personalities such as Steven Spielberg, Matt Damon, and Tom Hanks as his neighbors.

JOHNNY DEPP – $19 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Actor, singer and producer, Johnny Depp, who gets a lot of credit for being one of the best actors of our time, reportedly has five homes in Hollywood Hills with a collective estimated worth of $19 million. Depp used to have more properties in the past but those were undisclosed homes that were either too insignificant or weren’t given much attention by the media.

Today, no one is sure whether Depp still owns all of them or was able to sell a few since Depp has been selling some of his real estate properties following various problems with his relationships and career. Most of what he sold to date were penthouse properties in Los Angeles, so we hope he was able to keep at least some of his Hollywood Hills properties from being sold. However, if reports about his financial troubles are true, he’s likely offloaded much of it.

CHIP & JOANNA GAINES – UNDISCLOSED, CRAWFORD TEXAS

HGTV power couple, Chip and Joanna Gaines, who gained widespread recognition for their highly successful HGTV show Fixer Upper, always talk about the majestic farmhouse they’ve acquired in Crawford Texas. The State of Texas is known for its sprawling fields of greenery and wide acres of land, which can be due to the fact that anyone who owns a property in the area won’t have any lack of space.

Joanna Gaines, of course, is a master designer—indeed, celebrities like Ryan Reynolds have called for her services in the past, and reviews of her designs seem to be mostly positive. That’s how good she is. So, we are not that surprised about how wonderful the farmhouse looks in the pictures that we found online. The investment property boasts 1,700 square feet of Victorian living space that reportedly took a year and a half to complete.

CLINT EASTWOOD – $9.75 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

The legendary Hollywood cowboy Clint Eastwood is one of the most successful celebrities in Hollywood. Indeed, his many awards that came from the multiple hats that he has worn as actor, director, and producer is a testament to his status as a cultural icon. However, the Unforgiven star also has a talent for real estate investing. He reportedly put this hacienda-style mansion in California up for sale for $9.75 million back in 2017. Eastwood’s properties have always been tasteful yet elegant pieces of architecture.

This California home may be only one of the many properties that Mr. Eastwood owns but is arguably one of the most memorable. If sold, he would make a pretty penny, given he’s acquired the investment property through a trust for $3.925 million back in 1994. Selling a property in today’s market would yield at least twice or thrice the original amount, giving the western movie actor the leverage to buy a new house. Moreover, the fact that this home is said to have “hosted iconic dinner parties for artists, authors, dignitaries, and musicians from around the world” would probably give the new owners a lot to brag about.

TOM SELLECK

Tom Selleck is an American actor and film producer who starred in the Hawaiian TV series Magnum PI as the private detective Thomas Magnum. Selleck rose to stardom for his role in the show and now he enjoys a comfortable life in his beautiful home. He currently plays the titular role in the Jesse Stone film series, which was based on Robert B. Parker’s detective novels.

Since 2010, he has starred in the CBS TV series Blue Blood Warrior as New York Police Chief Frank Reagan. Since Magnum PI took off in 1980, Sellek has lived in Hawaii in a property that hasn’t been confirmed to be his, but with his net worth, we’re sure that he has the money to buy any house in the area should he decide to settle down and stay for good. Indeed, he even spent one peculiar weekend in Los Angeles buying a 1,800-square-foot apartment in a tired hotel. Later on, however, he decided it didn’t look like an apartment.

JIMMY CARTER – $167,000, GEORGIA

Jimmy Carter is a politician, philanthropist, and the 39th President of the United States of America. The former commander in chief reportedly lives in this small and very modest home in Georgia. Carter, to his credit, is so frugal (despite having served as America’s president) that people say they usually see him shopping at the local thrift store. The former president is one of the best examples of humility that we’ve seen from any politician in the past.

Indeed, the estimated value of the home, which is at $167,000, is reportedly even less than the monetary value of the armored vehicle the secret service agents assigned to Mr. Carter during his time in office. Also, the home’s value is even less than the median price of a home in and around the state of Georgia! It seems that Mr. Carter likes to enjoy a simple life away from the temptations of luxury and expensive things.

MORGAN FREEMAN — UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT, MISSISSIPPI

The Shawshank Redemption actor Morgan Freeman reportedly owns this huge ranch in Mississippi, a portion of which he decided to convert into a bee house. It might seem strange to some people that an actor as influential and talented as Morgan Freeman would decide to live a simple life in the countryside, but Freeman’s large estate is no ordinary property.

It sits on 24 acres of land, and among Freeman’s reasons for turning some of it into a bee house was because bee colonies have been vanishing in the county and he’s on a personal mission to save them. Indeed, in an interview with Jimmy Fallon back in 2014, Freeman shared that he has, to a huge degree, taken an interest in raising bees and in beekeeping in general. Freeman is said to have imported 26 beehives from Arkansas and brought them to his ranch for keeping.

JUSTIN BIEBER – $20 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Singer-songwriter Justin Bieber reportedly used to rent this stunning modern mansion in Hollywood Hills for a cool $60,000 a month. Sources have yet to confirm, however, if the young celebrity plans on buying it as his own in the future. It is a glasshouse, which is fitting because it’s like a metaphor for how Bieber lives his life, open and, to some degree, exposed.

In other words, the phrase ‘Bieber living in a glass house’ can be read both literally and metaphorically, which we think is pretty cool. The design of the mansion also seems to be very modern as every part of the property seems to have a different personality than the rest. In any case, Bieber is not living here anymore, as he is with his new wife Hailey Baldwin, and they are said to be searching the market for a new home that they can invest in and settle down eventually.

DAN BILZERIAN – $90 MILLION, BEL AIR

The occasional actor, professional gambler, and certified Instagram celebrity Dan Bilzerian is reportedly leasing this huge mansion in Bel Air. The land itself is massive and it’s exciting to think about the possibility of Bilzerian expanding his mansion in the future. We’re not sure how much he’s paying to stay in the magnificent investment property, but we do know that it’s been listed for sale for $90 million, which is $10 million less than its initial listing price a few months before.

At such an insane price point, it would serve as an injustice if the house didn’t provide everything Bilzerian needed and more. The property has 12 bedrooms, a bowling alley, a wine cellar, a theater room, and basically everything one could think of. No wonder the man dubbed ‘The King of Instagram’ decidedly rented the place. After all, it’s a place that is fit for a king.

DENZEL WASHINGTON – $14.6 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Denzel Washington is a multi-awarded actor, director, and producer, whose amazing acting abilities gained recognition after his portrayal of anti-apartheid figures in the ‘80s. Today, his hard work seems to have paid off as he is now living a luxurious life free from financial worry. Washington reportedly owns this unbelievably huge estate in Los Angeles, which could sell for a high market price if the actor ever decides on selling it in the future.

The investment property has a big, overly-ornate fountain, visible from above, signaling to everyone that this is no ordinary rich man’s crib but the home of Denzel Washington himself. The property has eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with individual designs that are unique to the rest. That’s right, there are more than enough bathrooms to choose from, so nobody living here will need to wait on someone to be done with number two or any form of personal activity that one would need the safety of a bathroom to be in.

KEVIN JAMES – $26.4 MILLION, FLORIDA

Actor, comedian, producer, and Adam Sandler groupie, Kevin James, who’s probably best known for playing Doug Heffernan in the hilarious CBS sitcom The Kings of Queens, apparently have had enough of this Florida mansion and listed it for sale for $26.4 million in 2016. The property seems to have appreciated more than the original price as there have been renovations done in the past that have elevated the total value of the estate.

It was reportedly sold shortly after it was listed, and the comedian made a pretty penny, considering he acquired the home for $18 million back in 2012. The new owner will have a lot to be happy about since this home is nowhere near ordinary. It has a saltwater pool as well as a children’s playground that sits on more than an acre of what can only be described as faux grass.

PETE EVANS – $3 MILLION, SYDNEY

Chef, restaurant owner, and television personality Pete Evans, who people might be familiar with as the host of the show My Kitchen Rules, is one kitchen expert who reportedly has skills in real estate investment as well. Evans is looking at a $1.6 million profit from the sale of the Sydney beach home that he purchased for $1.4 million a few years back.

He listed the property for sale for $3 million and, unsurprisingly, it’s got a huge kitchen that is fit for a cooking show judge. Celebrity chefs usually have extravagant kitchens but in the case of Pete, his kitchen is one of the best we’ve seen. Additionally, key areas in the home offer wide, unadulterated views of the ocean. Undoubtedly, this is one property that will surely be snagged up even if the next owner’s price is higher than what Pete originally asked for.

MANDY MOORE – $2.5 MILLION, PASADENA

You might remember singer-songwriter and actress Mandy Moore for playing Jamie Sullivan in the film A Walk to Remember, a movie which earned her a profitable career in the industry. She reportedly paid $2.5 million for this investment property in Pasadena. Moore has avoided the spotlight since she got her big break in the famous movie that has become a household title with an endless amount of rewatches.

The home was featured in Architectural Digest, with magnificent viewpoints given by the talented camera crew. We are just simply blown away by the clean, mid-century design that emanates from Moore’s home which feels lived in when compared to other celebrity houses. The home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, floor-to-glass windows in key areas, and a large pool and spa. It’s the perfect replacement to the Los Feliz mansion that Moore just sold before she purchased this one, which likewise caught the attention of many designers.

NICOLE KIDMAN & KEITH URBAN – $3 MILLION, TENNESSEE

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, who’ve been together for more than a decade now, have reportedly decided to sell their Tennessee mansion in 2018. It seems that the power couple has made enough memories in the home that they’re now ready to move on to the next chapter of their real estate journey.

We’re not sure why, but people as rich as these two have many mansions in America and Australia and a hefty investment portfolio that would justify the decision to sell an investment property or two every few years so it won’t be surprising if the simple reason is that the couple simply got bored of living in it, or that they want to have a change of environment. The spacious home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, innumerable square feet of lush greenery, and an unsurprisingly large walk-in closet fit for Nicole’s needs.

HULK HOGAN – $1.6 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

Retired professional wrestler and reality television star Hulk Hogan, who is widely regarded as one of the original wrestlers that helped catapult entertainment wrestling to the mainstream in the ‘80s, reportedly dropped $1.6 million for this beach home in Florida. The legendary wrestler hasn’t been getting media attention lately as he is supposedly retired from the entertainment industry. Interestingly, Hogan and his wife bought the place after winning the $140-million lawsuit they filed against the gossip website Gawker.

The legal case continued for quite a while before finally meeting a conclusion, which the couple desperately wanted to happen. The 2,000-square-foot home boasts unadulterated views of Florida beach that anyone from the area if asked will say “priceless”. It also happens to be adjacent to another luxurious investment property that Hogan and his wife own, which they’ve purchased in 2014 and have yet to confirm if they plan on selling it in the future.

JONATHAN SCOTT – ESTIMATED OVER $10 MILLION, LAS VEGAS

Jonathan Scott is an American designer, home contractor, and television show producer who became popular for hosting the HGTV show Property Brothers together with his twin brother Drew Scott. Scott reportedly built and designed this home in Las Vegas for himself. The magnificent home is surprisingly well-made and imagined to the point that strangers might even go far as to say that it was designed by more famous and renowned architects.

And, of course, it has all the amenities that Scott would ever need. The house is a marvel in itself but that’s only fair to say since Jonathan and his brother are real estate experts as well. The home has a large pool, an outdoor theater, and even a guest house where Jonathan’s friends and family can frequently lounge. The total value of the home plus the cost of all the renovations is reportedly at $10 million.

The investment property, of course, is the very definition of luxury, as it overlooks the Caribbean Sea that holds a majestic aura of grandeur that can’t be bought with money. The massive home boasts five bedrooms and, apparently, an on-site security team that protects the house 24/7, which is perfect for celebrities like Rihanna who want to indulge away from the judging eyes of the public. The developer of the place is reported to be Michael Tabor, the billionaire friend of Rihanna who owns a broadcasting empire.

KEIRA KNIGHTLEY – $6 MILLION, NEW YORK

Actress Keira Knightley, who broke into the Hollywood scene after starring in the 2002 critically-acclaimed sports film Bend It Like Beckham, reportedly let go of this magnificent apartment in New York. The reason behind Knightley’s decision is still uncertain but the actress seems to have made a nice profit out of it. It was sold by the owners who rented it out to Knightly for $6 million in 2017.

Located in New York’s posh TriBeCa neighborhood, the apartment features 3,820 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ridiculously high ceilings. Knightley had rented the place for $45,000 per month but decidedly left for greener pastures in London, where she now lives with her husband James Righton. The couple enjoys a private life in solitude in their beautiful home and we’re waiting to see what Knightley plans on doing to her real estate portfolio in the future!

JEFF FRANKLIN – $4 MILLION, SAN FRANCISCO

Producer, director, and screenwriter Jeff Franklin, who might be more familiar to most as the creator of the hit ABC sitcom Full House, purchased the fictional home of the Tanner Family from the said sitcom. The Victorian house, to a huge degree, will look very familiar to anyone who’s been able to follow the show. Franklin also reportedly put the home for sale in 2019, but as far as we know it hasn’t been taken yet.

The home was built in 1883 and boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an exquisite garden, and a lot of Full House nostalgia. Jeff Franklin has produced and directed a good number of films and TV series throughout his career. In turn, he was able to amass a net worth of $180 million. Actress, singer, and model Hayden Panettiere, whose career started at a young age with roles in such memorable films as One Life to Live and Remember the Titans, reportedly listed this ultra-modern mansion in Nashville for $2.1 million in 2013. We’re not sure why she chose to let go of such a remarkable property, but when you’re a celebrity, mansions like this aren’t difficult to come by.

The investment property, designed by esteemed architect Stephan Kanner, boasts 5,325 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an infinity pool. The home also looks exquisite because of its floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings. Hayden has been in a good number of movies and TV shows. She grew up in the spotlight, which makes her fans witness firsthand her evolution as an actress. In turn, her acting resume allowed her to secure a $15 million net worth. With a large sum of money already secured, Hayden won’t need any money loans to pay for her house pretty soon.

JOHN KRASINSKI & EMILY BLUNT – $11 MILLION, BROOKLYN

Is there any other couple in Hollywood today who’s more adorable than Emily Blunt and John Krasinski? There might be, but seriously, these two have been together for quite a while now and, to their credit, their relationship seems to mirror that of the two characters they played in the film A Quiet Place—which is to say, they were made for each other. In any case, the couple just sold their Brooklyn Townhouse, only to move to another luxe apartment in the same area.

The apartment, of course, looks fantastic, and the $11 million they reportedly spent to get it seems worth it. John and Emily carved their own path in the industry. John’s breakthrough came with the beloved American rendition of The Office. Emily, on the other hand, had several prominent roles on the big screen. Their decorated acting resumes allowed them to earn a combined $55 million net worth. We’re certain that their New York Townhouse is just another one of their investments for a secure future.

LEA MICHELE – $3.3 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Lea Michelle is a singer, actress, and author who became famous for her role in the hit television series Glee. The talented actress reportedly purchased this exquisite sanctuary in Los Angeles for $2.99 million. If the pictures that we saw in one of the webzines that featured the house are any indication, it is quite stunning. The four-bedroom and four-bathroom home, which boasts magical views of the surrounding mountainside, is reportedly where Lea does her “healing.”

Also, the gym quite enviably covered two whole floors! Lea also made a decent profit after she put it up for sale for $3.3 million in 2019. Some say that she was previously earning as much as $80,000 per episode in Glee. Without a doubt, she can easily afford and maintain her Los Angeles home. Besides, the actress still has a thriving television career ahead of her. Michele has a good number of TV projects lined up for her. In turn, she can add a few more figures and investments to her $15 million net worth.

Interestingly, the 3,200-square-foot home used to belong to Mary Louise-Parker, the multi-awarded actress who’s known for playing Nancy Botwin in the hit television series Weeds. Seth has been on a lot of successful hosting gigs before his current “Late Night” job. Subsequently, he’s earned his fair share of awards and nominations as a host. It’s unsurprising, therefore, how Seth accumulated a $10 million net worth. With his money, he can easily buy more properties or expand his fortune through investments.

CHRISTINA AGUILERA – $13.5 MILLION, L.A.

Christina Aguilera is one of the renowned performers of her generation. Indeed, she was even ranked in Rolling Stone Magazine’s list of “100 Greatest Singers of All Time”, as well as in Time Magazine’s List of “100 Most Influential People in the World”. As such, it comes as no surprise that the talented singer also owns several luxurious properties. For example, Aguilera let go of this $13.5-million mansion in Los Angeles, which she purchased from the Osbournes—you know, Ozzy and Sharon’s clan—back in 2008 for a whopping $11.5 million.

Of course, that also means Aguilera made a pretty penny off of the sale. And by ‘penny,’ we mean $2 million. Certainly, $2 million is just chump change for the singer/pop icon. After all, Christina Aguilera has an enormous net worth of $175 million. She can easily maintain this property as well as acquire even more as investments. If you’re wondering where Christina got all her money, it’s just something that comes naturally when you have eight successful studio albums. In any case, from the pictures alone, what’s certain is that the home is nowhere near what we commoners might consider affordable. Some real estate websites have dutifully estimated the value of the home to be around $3.3 million, which confirms our previous suspicion that it’s expensive.

Laura’s public exposure throughout the years has undoubtedly increased. In turn, you’d often see Laura share her thoughts on current events. Being a journalist, her busy schedule allowed her to earn over $45 million in 2019. It’s only right that she splurges on herself and her three kids with a beautiful $3.3 million home. American actress Catherine Bell, who is perhaps better known for playing the role of Lieutenant Colonel Sarah MacKenzie in the hit legal military-legal drama series JAG, only got to enjoy this sweet mansion in Hidden Hills for a year before listing it on the market. She reportedly purchased the investment property in 2014 for $2.050 million, only to put it on the market a year later for $2.699 million. We have absolutely no idea why she offloaded the home in such a short time, given it looks amazing in the pictures. Well, it’s a good buy for the next person who gets it.

Catherine Bell has had more TV projects than film appearances. But the disparity between her film and TV projects didn’t stop her from earning $15 million throughout her career. Actress, producer, and all-around entrepreneur Reese Witherspoon recently sold her Los Angeles mansion for $17 million, which is $3 million less than the amount she originally listed it for. Witherspoon reportedly purchased the home in 2014 but put it up for sale two years after. She initially wanted $20 million for it, but because the market was lukewarm about the asking price, she wasn’t able to sell it until recently, only after she sliced a huge chunk out of the listing price. But it was still an awesome investment for Witherspoon, who made more than $4 million from the sale since she originally purchased the property for $12.7 million.

Minor property losses and gains don’t worry Reese Witherspoon. The actress/producer still has many film and TV projects lined up for her over the next few years. And, the pictures reveal a home that is as dreamy as McDreamy himself. The 5,500-square-feet home reportedly has three bedrooms only, but, boy, are they among the nicest bedrooms one can have. We’re not sure if the investment property has already sold, but it has been on the market since 2015.

Besides “Grey’s Anatomy”; Dempsey had a good number of successful film projects. He’s also starting to produce his original movies. With all that he is currently doing, it’s understandable how Dempsey earned $80 million and many investments in his career. This $14.5 million Malibu mansion should be easily paid in no time, including the costs that it’ll take to maintain it.

KATE UPTON – $5.25 MILLION, BENEDICT CANYON

Actress, model, and fashion personality Kate Upton, who rose to stardom after appearing in 2011’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, reportedly purchased this enviable mansion in Benedict Canyon with her husband Justin Verlander for $5.25 million. The investment property is estimated to be a little over 5,500 square feet and boasts a tennis court, a big swimming pool, and a lot of farmhouse charm. Like any chic residence in this part of town, the home was once owned by two other celebrities in the past. Before Upton and Verlander, it was owned by film producer Jon Peters, who in turn purchased it from tennis player Pete Sampras.

Being an incredibly famous model/figure comes with a ton of benefits. One of them is having a $20 million net worth. Kate Upton can easily maintain this luxury home filled with amenities. Her husband’s music career is also doing well. Combine their net worth and investments, and a $5.25 million home can be paid in no time.

HALLE BERRY – $8 MILLION, MALIBU

Multi-awarded Hollywood actress Halle Berry, who was given the distinction of being the first—and so far, only—African American woman to have won an Academy Award for Best Actress, reportedly owns this $8-million beach house in Malibu. Being in Malibu, the investment property, of course, boasts scenic ocean views in every corner of the room. It also features three bedrooms, four baths, and an eerily hypnotic all-white interior. Sadly, Berry’s Malibu home was looted in 2019, and the thieves ran away with a few priceless pieces of art.

Halle Berry has been in a good number of blockbuster films. She’s also recently taken her crack at being a producer. Halle Berry has been quite a busy woman in Hollywood as she’s got numerous projects in line for her. With this fact, she can easily add more income to her already colossal net worth of $90 million. She could easily accumulate more properties or invest in a sophisticated home security system for her $8 million Malibu home.

ANGELINA JOLIE – $24.5 MILLION, LOS FELIZ

Multi-awarded actress, filmmaker and humanitarian, Angelina Jolie, often ranked as one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses in recent years, reportedly bought this six-bedroom estate in Los Feliz for a whopping $24.5 million. The investment property in Laughlin Park boasts stunning views of both the city and the ocean. The house had undergone a renovation that lasted six years to complete. The home is also apparently situated in a celebrity-filled area, and Jolie has people like Natalie Portman and Casey Affleck as neighbors. Interestingly enough, Jolie’s ex-husband Brad Pitt’s primary residence is a short two-mile distance away.

Angelina surely doesn’t need Brad’s help in paying off this $24.5 million home. She’s got a good number of potential blockbusters and investments lined up for her over the next few years. With this fact, she can quickly add more to her current $100 million net worth. There isn’t any uncertainty on Angelina’s capability to pay off and maintain her $24.5 million property.

COURTENEY COX – $33 MILLION, MALIBU

Actress, producer, and director, Courtney Cox, popularly known for playing Monica Geller in the hit NBC sitcom Friends, is one celebrity who loves flipping investment properties. Among the homes that she (and her ex-husband David Arquette) flipped was this Malibu mansion, which she sold to Dodgers owners Frank and Jamie McCourt for $27.25 million. The seafront stunner boasts its saltwater swimming pool and tennis court. The new owners, of course, have a lot to be happy about, since the home was designed by the late architect John Lautner, some of whose works have been designated Cultural-Historical Monuments.

Besides Friends, Courtney also has a long list of successful film and TV projects in her resume. She also has extensive experience in producing films and TV series. In turn, it’s pretty understandable how Courtney would invest in a property that she later sold for $27.25 million. And, with her current income stream, she could make investments in more properties only to make money off of it in the future.

KENDALL JENNER – $6.5 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Model and reality television star Kendall Jenner, who gained widespread recognition for, well, being a member of the Kardashian family, reportedly offloaded this mansion in Hollywood Hills for an undisclosed amount of money. She purchased the home for $6.5 million from one of Hollywood’s cutest couples, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, just a year before listing it for sale. It’s speculated that she offloaded the investment property because it was broken into and burglarized by one of her stalkers. The young model was said to have lost $200,000 to the thief.

Throughout the years, Kendall’s influence and presence have dramatically increased. In turn, this increase in popularity allowed her net worth to leap from $18 million to $45 million. Kendall’s $200,000 loss seems like spare change for the young celebrity today. If she ever decides to purchase another property, she could use her earnings to invest in an effective home security system.

ED SHEERAN – $10 MILLION, LONDON

Singer, songwriter and producer, Ed Sheeran, the huge singing sensation who started by releasing songs on Youtube, is now reportedly a landlord. Indeed, the man has a great real estate investment portfolio in London, with a total of 27 property investments to his name. The estimated worth of all of it is $57 million. It all seems to have begun when he went on a $10 million property shopping spree. Sheeran had competition for the home, too, since celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, also wanted to acquire it.

Ed Sheeran’s music became a staple for pop culture throughout the past decade. He released several studio albums and went on a concert tour that earned over $775 million in 2017-2019. Ed’s current net worth is estimated to be $200 million. With his current projects and royalties from past success, he could easily maintain all of his properties while acquiring new ones in the process.

BRUCE WILLIS – $7.66 MILLION, NEW YORK

Actor, producer, and occasional singer Bruce Willis, who was able to break into Hollywood after his involvement with the hit television series, Moonlighting, unfortunately, had to offload his New York estate for much less than he spent to acquire it. It reported that Willis sold his Westchester mansion for $7.66 million after making a slew of reductions on the listing price due to market disinterest. It means that Willis lost money overall since he paid $9 million for the investment property back in 2014. The new owner has got a lot to be happy about; the home is gorgeous, after all, and sold at a huge discount.

Bruce has had success in his film roles from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. His $1.5 million loss on the property won’t make him lose sleep at night as he currently has a $250 million net worth. He continues to appear in films today, which should allow him to make even more money. It’s only a matter of time before we see Bruce splurge on more luxurious property investments.

ROBBIE WILLIAMS – $20 MILLION, LONDON

English singer and songwriter Robbie Williams, who first broke into the music industry as a member of the highly successful but now defunct boy band, Take That, reportedly bought this mega-mansion from the late film director Michael Winner in 2013. The price? A whopping $17 million. Williams also had the investment property undergo extensive renovations, which took three years to complete, before moving in. The estate, of course, is enormous—indeed, it has a total of 46 rooms. Williams, his wife, and their son reportedly divide their time between this mansion and the other they have in Beverly Hills, California.

Robbie can afford to maintain all of his properties. After all, he’s incredibly active in his current TV exposure. He also continues to add to his already long list of studio albums. Robbie’s net worth is currently estimated to be $300 million. In turn, he can pay for the maintenance costs for all of his luxury properties.

MARK WAHLBERG – $12.5 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

Actor, a producer, and all-around entrepreneur, Mark Wahlberg, who gained worldwide recognition for starting the hip-hop musical group, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, has got quite a storied career. He is, to his credit, among a few musical performers who’ve successfully transitioned into acting in Hollywood. Many have tried, and many have found moderate success at it, but since Wahlberg is one of the highest-paid actors, he definitely can be said to be on a whole different level. Wahlberg reportedly sold this Beverly Hills mansion for $12.5 million, which was much less than his initial asking price of $30 million, to move into another bigger home close to the same area.

Mark has starred and produced a good number of films over the past few years. He’ll also have a long list of projects up for him in the near future. We’re pretty sure that his current net worth of $300 million can allow him to pay off any property investments he wants easily.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE – $8 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

Actress Jennifer Lawrence, whose films have, to her credit, reportedly grossed north of $6 billion worldwide, reportedly scooped up this Beverly Hills mansion in 2013 for $8.2 million and from none other than Jessica Simpson. At the time, Lawrence just started her career, so it was a big investment. Happily, her career took off—actually, ‘took off’ would be too effete a word to describe just how successful Lawrence eventually became since then. The 5,500-square-foot mansion that boasts its koi pond is not just a stunning beauty, it’s also located in one of the most desirable areas of Beverly Hills.

Jennifer won’t have problems maintaining her 5,500-square-foot estate as she’ll have more income coming in from her long list of future projects. She also has a net worth of around $160 million. In turn, she can easily take care of this one and purchase other property investments that she desires.

KYLIE JENNER – $36 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Reality television star and highly successful entrepreneur Kylie Jenner gained widespread recognition for being one of the Kardashian siblings on the hit reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, reportedly offloaded a ton of moolah for this lavish estate in Holmby Hills. She even got the investment property for much less than it was listed for since it was originally listed for $45 million. The massive 19,250-square-foot estate is a compound and not just a home, with everything a billionaire businesswoman like Kylie could ask for herself and her adorable daughter, Stormi.

There has been a recent debacle on the truth about Kylie Jenner’s net worth. Regardless, this $45 million is nothing that Kylie can’t cover. Kylie’s real net worth is said to be just under $900 million. Plus, she’s dating Travis Scott, who’s a rap superstar in the making. In turn, they can both easily purchase any property investments they want.

PETE DAVIDSON – $16 MILLION, NEW YORK

Comedian, actor, and all-around playboy (because of the women he’s dated!) Pete Davidson rose to stardom for being a cast member of Saturday Night Live—well, it’s either his fame was due to this or the fact that he once dated Ariana Grande—reportedly purchased this apartment in NYC for $16 million. Conflicting reports stated that Grande purchased the mansion, while others say they did it together, but let’s let the paparazzi duke each other out for that one. In any case, the investment property designed by esteemed architect Zaha Hadid (no relation to Gigi and Bella, FYI) and offers unadulterated views of New York City’s skyline.

Pete truly has a busy schedule to start this decade. He’ll star in a long list of movie projects while still committing to do his fair share of TV appearances. More projects mean that Pete can easily add more to his $4 million net worth. Without a doubt, he can easily pay for the maintenance costs of this $16 million apartment investment.

PRINCE HARRY & MEGHAN MARKLE – $4 MILLION, NOTTINGHAM COTTAGE

If there is any celebrity couple that needs no introduction, it would have to be these two. They are everywhere in the news recently, not least because they decided to abscond from their royal duties. In any case, this magical place in Kensington Palace was their first home as a couple. Within Kensington Palace’s grounds was a smaller house called Nottingham Cottage, where Harry and Megan first lived before moving to Windsor. Currently, though, the couple is said to be on the hunt for an investment property in Malibu, which means they could either be dividing their time between Windsor and Malibu or take up permanent residence in Malibu altogether.

The couple had to give back $3.1 million upon their exit from the royal life. Meghan already had a $5 million net worth before they got married. Prince Harry on the other hand, had a $25 million portion from the royal family’s wealth. In turn, they could easily carve their path with their luxurious Malibu investment property to call home.

DICK VAN DYKE – $8.995 MILLION, L.A

The multi-awarded and talented actor, comedian, singer, dancer, and entrepreneur Dick Van Dyke, is one of the most remarkable men in Hollywood, first burst onto the Hollywood and Broadway scene with the highly successful television program The Dick Van Dyke Show. He reportedly used to own this Italian villa-style mansion in Encino, California, listed for sale for $8.995 million in 2016. The estate is notable for having such a storied past. Indeed, other than Van Dyke, the investment property’s original owner, it came to the possession of other celebrities, like musician Sergio Mendez and Hollywood icon Harrison Ford.

It isn’t clear if Dick already picked a property where he can spend his retirement years. But, whichever he chooses, he can do so in a relatively comfortable and well-off manner. Dick made over $50 million throughout his career; thus, we’re confident that he can pay for any retirement investment properties that he wants.

TERI HATCHER – $1.49 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Actress, presenter, and occasional singer, Teri Hatcher, more popularly known for portraying Lois Lane on the hit television series Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, reportedly took a break from studio city and listed her Los Angeles home for $25,000 per month (or $30,000 per month for a short-term contract). The home acquired by Hatcher in 2000 for $1.49 million, right after the Superman television series ended its run. Among the usual creature comforts included in this home are a huge pool, a spa, a magical koi pond, and other well-designed lounge areas in which one can luxuriate.

Teri Hatcher is also known for her Desperate Housewives stint. Her Desperate Housewives stint allowed her to earn a good number of awards and nominations. In turn, she landed several more roles that led her to earn a $50 million net worth. She could easily pay off any upgrades or maintenance and insurance that this beautiful $1.49 million home will need in the future.

BEYONCÉ & JAY Z – $88 MILLION, BEL AIR

If power equals fame, wealth, and influence, then Beyoncé & Jay Z are arguably one of the most powerful couples in Hollywood today. Indeed, they collectively have a net worth of more than $1 billion. So it’s unsurprising that they would go over-the-top with this Bel Air mega-mansion, which they’ve reportedly purchased for $88 million in 2017. They even got it at a discount since the home listed for $120 million. The investment property sits on 1.88 acres of land and unbelievably was acquired by the previous owners for only $15 million back in 2013.

Both artists have been able to release a long list of successful studio albums. They also went on concerts and tours that have generated massive amounts of money and investments. In turn, it’s only right that they spoil themselves and their child with this $88 million estate. Given that the power couple is still generating tons of money to this day, it’s only a matter of time before they get another property.

SELENA GOMEZ — $4.9 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Singer, songwriter, producer, and actress Selena Gomez, who gained widespread recognition for her involvement in several highly successful films and sitcoms from Disney and other productions, reportedly dropped $4.9 million for this mansion in Los Angeles that happened to be previously owned by rock legend Tom Petty. The 11,000-square-foot home sits on more than an acre of land, has six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a recording studio, gym, wine cellar, and a big pool that highlights the outdoor area. The pictures of the home that leaked online reveal an investment property that is the epitome of luxury.

Selena has been publicly battling Lupus throughout the past few years. However, she’s currently back into accepting projects. Besides, she’s already worth $75 million today. She can easily finance her battle with Lupus while paying off her $4.9 million home investment in the process. Selena is about to release a studio album this 2020.

BILL O’REILLY – $3 MILLION, MANHASSET

Journalist, author, and political commentator Bill O’Reilly, who’s more popular as the host of the now-defunct Fox News show The O’Reilly Factor, reportedly purchased this 4,631-square-foot investment property in Manhasset, New York, for $3 million way back in 2000. That was 20 years ago, which means the home should be more expensive now. The only pictures of the mansion that we found online are satellite shots, so we’re unsure about what the residence has to offer in terms of its interiors. But it’s a mansion with a big pool. Of course, the man has an estimated net worth of $85 million, so we’re sure it looks great inside as it does from the outside.

Bill O’Reilly reportedly made a $25 million salary at the peak of his career as a Fox News host. Without a doubt, he’s more than capable of purchasing and maintaining this New York property. It’s not out of the park to see Bill purchase more New York property investments soon.

TUCKER CARLSON – $2 MILLION, WASHINGTON, D.C.

Conservative journalist, author, and political commentator Tucker Carlson, also known for hosting his own show Tucker Carlson Tonight on Fox News, bought this stunning 4,784-square-foot mansion in Washington D.C.’s lush and opulent Kent neighborhood but decided to list it for sale in 2017. The price? At first, it was a reasonable $2.2 million but has dropped to $2.04 million due to market disinterest. We say reasonable considering it is huge with seven bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The Colonial-style home was originally constructed in 1941 that comes with a sunroom at the main level, a redeveloped kitchen that opens to a spacious den, and the main level with a large lounge that offers plenty of room for entertainment and relaxation. With a $30 million net worth and a $6 million salary, we don’t think the reason why he sold the house was that he couldn’t afford the mortgage. Carlson and his family reportedly didn’t stay in the investment home all that much because of the predominantly anti-conservative crowd in the area although they may be very fond of the neighborhood since they bought a new home a little over a mile away.

MICHAEL PHELPS – $4.125 MILLION, SCOTTSDALE

Michael Phelps, who is perhaps one of the most decorated Olympians of all time, bought this Scottsdale abode for $2.5 million in 2016 but reportedly listed it for $4.125 million. Phelps purchased the house after he became the assistant swim coach for Arizona State University. It’s not clear yet why he’s putting it up for sale, though it could be that he and his wife are searching for a much bigger Valley home.

If—or, when—the celebrated swimmer finds a buyer, he’ll be looking at making a pretty penny, considering he’s parting with the property for almost twice the amount he purchased it for. The mansion features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an enviable wine cellar, a more than adequately-sized pool (Phelps likes to swim, after all), four fireplaces, a sports room, and probably a home security system. The new owner will have a lot to be happy about in this investment property; not only is it exquisite, but its former owner also won 23 gold medals at the Olympics.

RYAN SEACREST – $36.5 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

Radio host, television host, and producer Ryan Seacrest, who is among the highest-paid television hosts today, reportedly bought this mansion located in one of the poshest places in Beverly Hills from fellow television host Ellen DeGeneres. The price? A whopping $36.5 million! The main house is 9,000 square feet, and it sits on 2.87 acres of land. The investment property reportedly has more than enough space!

Apart from the nine bedrooms and eleven bathrooms in which Seacrest can luxuriate are two additional guest houses within the property, each with its own living space. But Seacrest is now parting ways with his sprawling estate after making it his home way back in 2012. He plans to sell it, hold your hats, for a staggering $85 million! That is more than double the price he bought it in 2012. Indeed, putting up investments for real estate is a great way to make money.

ANN COULTER – $577K, NEW YORK

American political commentator, author, and lawyer, Ann Coulter, reportedly dropped a reasonable $577,000 for this New York apartment. Despite the fact that most in the area diverge from Coulter’s politics, which is among the reasons why a few other commentators of her stripe have moved out. But Coulter is a feisty woman who seems to be unrelenting about the unfriendly neighbors, so we think she’ll be fine.

After all, most of the Upper East Side residents are Hillary supporters, but that surely didn’t stop the outspoken political commentator from purchasing the co-op in the hood. In any case, the two-bedroom apartment was a steal, considering the market value in the area would have put it well above $1.5 million during the time of purchase. The 1,400-square-foot apartment contains high-ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and leadlight windows. We are sure that her $10 million net worth is enough to pay any mortgage she owes to the apartment.

KEVIN HART – $2.75 MILLION EST., NEW YORK

Stand-up comedian, actor, producer, and budding entrepreneur, Kevin Hart, who once shared he was so badly off as a kid that he frequently found himself sleeping on a bunk bed in the hallway, reportedly sold this mega-mansion in Tarzana, California for $2.75 million. He made a pretty penny from the sale, too, having purchased the investment property way back in 2012 for $1.99 million. The two-level mansion boasts seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a massive floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

Unfortunately, the home was burglarized in 2016 while he was out of town, and the thief reportedly took off with $500,000 worth of jewelry, clothes, and other personal items. Well, not that it’s ever going to leave a big dent on the comedian’s $200 million net worth, right? But to be safe, Hart needs to install the best home security system for his luxe investment properties to prevent this loot from happening again.

JERRY SPRINGER – $2.5 MILLION, SARASOTA, FLORIDA

Television host, producer, and former mayor of Cincinnati from 1977 to 1981, Jerry Springer, who people will be more familiar with as the host of the talk show The Jerry Springer Show, reportedly owns this modest-by-celebrity-standards home in Sarasota, Florida. When he’s not trying to dodge flying chairs or calm an enraged ex-lover, Jerry Springer is most probably having the best time enjoying and relaxing up the sun from his mansion in Sarasota.

We’re not sure what the home’s exact value is, but it’s safe to say that it is worth over $2 million, given its size and the market value of homes in the area. The investment property looks pretty sweet from the aerial shots we could find of it online, with its dock, pool, and views of the ocean. Considering how hard he has worked throughout his career and even earning a total net worth of $60 million, there’s no shame in letting the man splurge on these types of investments.

SEAN HANNITY – $3.6 MILLION, LONG ISLAND

Known as the host of the political talk show The Sean Hannity Show, the American television show host, political commentator, and pundit, Sean Hannity, reportedly listed this mansion in Long Island for $3.6 million. The TV show host is probably making plans to gas up and leave New York for good. The gated 2.05-acre mansion boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms, its pool, six fireplaces, an observation deck, and private access to the beach area below that overlooks from the master suite.

The 4,824-square-foot house listed with details describing the mansion as a “Brick Colonial,” and pictures reveal a massive, marble-floored double-height foyer. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, and a marble tile floor. It’s speculated that Hannity decidedly listed this investment property for sale because he wanted to move away from New York, whose mayor at one point implied that people like him weren’t welcome. With a net worth of $250 million, we bet Hannity can invest in any luxe properties anywhere.

WARREN BUFFETT – $625K, NEBRASKA

Business magnate, philanthropist, and one of the richest men in America, Warren Buffett is reported to have an estimated net worth of $85.6 billion—you got that right; billion, with a ‘B’—is said to live in this very modest home in a quiet neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska. Of course, we say modest because the man, to his credit, is a billionaire who could easily afford the most expensive home on this list. Buffet purchased this house in the 1950s for merely $31,000, which is $250,000 in today’s dollars.

The estimated total value of the residence is $625,000 today, which is much lower than what most celebrities, which are worth a tiny fraction of what Buffet is worth, would consider spending on a property. The business tycoon told BBC that he was happy where he was staying and would undoubtedly move if he finds somewhere he can be happier. The house has 6,570 square feet of space, has five bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fences, and a home security system to guard the whole property.

MARK ZUCKERBERG – $7 MILLION, PALO ALTO

Does this guy really need an introduction? He founded Facebook in his Harvard dorm room, for crying out loud. In any case, Zuckerberg reportedly purchased this home in Palo Alto for $7 million but had also snatched up so much of the nearby residences to extend his abode that we think the $7-million price tag is simply outdated. Indeed, it was reported that he spent more than $43 million to acquire other investment properties surrounding his home and has spent millions more on renovations, turning everything into a huge techie paradise.

So it’s not far-fetched that the final value of his overall Palo Alto estate could exceed the $50-million mark. It’s no big deal since he has a total estimated net worth of $101.2 billion. That is 101 thousand million! Even if he has to pay for home loans or mortgages, it’s no big deal for the founder and creator of Facebook.

JASON PRIESTLEY – $2 MILLION, STUDIO CITY, CA

Canadian-American actor, director, and 90’s heartthrob, Jason Priestley, who’s better known for playing Brandon Walsh in the hit ’90s television series Beverly Hills, 90210, reportedly sold this Toluca Lake home for $2 million back in 2014. The 3,266 square-foot investment property was built in 1990. It had gone through a moderate amount of renovation to fit the ’90s heartthrob’s tastes, such as flagstone walkways leading to the Mediterranean-style house’s front door.

The home boasts three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sizable pool, and a spa area. It looks like Mr. Walsh—er, we mean, Mr. Priestley—sold the home for a tad bit cheaper than what he spent to acquire it since he reportedly purchased the residence for $2.14 million in 2007. We don’t think that these investments aren’t good for anyone as he took a $140,000 loss on the value. Well, if you’re a millionaire, we don’t see any problem with that.

JENNIE GARTH- $4.495 MILLION, STUDIO CITY, CA

American actress Jennie Garth, another Beverly Hills 90210 alumnus, seems to have slightly more success in the biz than her fellow co-actors, having landed her own (now defunct) reality show Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country back in 2012. In any case, she reportedly offloaded this studio city gem back in 2018 for $4.495 million, which is double what she paid to acquire it five years before.

On the 2014 HGTV series, The Jennie Garth Project showed the adversity of a succeeding million-dollar makeover of the house. The single-level investment property looks quite cozy, with its floor-to-ceiling glass windows, overlooking what seems to be the city of California. The house is on surveillance by remote-controlled gates, protected by a home security system, and shielded from view by a tall fence and even higher stress on almost one acre of hill-topping land. The aesthetically charcoal-colored contemporary sprawls for over 4,100 square feet that includes five bedrooms and five baths.

DJ KHALED – $10 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

DJ, music mogul, songwriter, record producer, and occasional actor, DJ Khaled first broke into the hip-hop industry as a Disc Jockey for 99 Jamz, a hip-hop radio station in Miami. He reportedly owns this Beverly Hills mega-mansion, which he bought from fellow music artist Robbie Williams. Khaled isn’t just a social media personality but also has talent when talking about great investments. It looks like he got a great discount, too—and by great, we mean $1 million—because the home initially listed for $11 million.

The pictures of the residence posted online show just what one would expect from a $10-million home. The 10,681 square-foot Mulholland Estate overlooks the mountains, canyons, and the cityscapes of Beverly Hills. The mansion features seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, quarters for the housekeepers, and it sits on almost three-quarters of an acre. Of course, no songwriter isn’t complete without a media room and a recording studio in his luxurious house, right?

DANICA PATRICK – $28 MILLION, SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA,

Professional racing driver Danica Patrick, renowned as the most successful female racing driver in history (so far), invited the people from Racing News into her home, and we’re glad they took pictures. Patrick and her partner Aaron Rodgers (who plays quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, FYI) reportedly dropped $28 million on this home in Malibu, which is said to have a somewhat storied past. Indeed, previous owners of the residence were Netflix’s Ted Sarandos and Robbie Williams.

Williams reportedly purchased the mansion from Sarandos for $21 million and sold it to Patrick and Rodgers for $7 million more than he paid to acquire it. Now that’s good money management on the part of Williams! The house features 8,300 square feet of disc-shaped walls and ceiling fixtures. Danica Patrick’s mansion is without a doubt anything but ordinary, which is why she nicknamed the house the “Jetsons House.” The first thing she loved about the abode was the seven-car garage, where she can park her collection of vehicles.

JALEEL WHITE

Jaleel White is an American actor, producer, voice actor, and writer. Since he was eight years old, Jaleel has appeared on TV, where he had a role as a guest stint on The Jeffersons in 1984. The actor is renowned for his role in the hit sitcom, Family Matters where he played the role of Steve Urkel for nine seasons from 1989 to 1998. According to the record, Jaleel White did indeed “restart” Steve Urkel as he initially meant to have a one-time guest appearance only.

But he eventually became an instant cultural phenomenon that spawned the famous catchphrase, “Did I do that?” According to the estimates stated by Celebrity Net Worth, he has an estimated net worth of $8 million. Last year, he redefined his professional role and recorded Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? Reports stated that Jaleel White made some investments in real estates, such as a $5 million house in Los Angeles.

RON HOWARD – $27 MILLION, CONNECTICUT

Actor and Oscar-winning filmmaker Ron Howard, who is best known for being the main man behind the camera in numerous movie hits, reportedly sold this Connecticut mansion for a whopping $27.5 million. Indeed, the sale is on record for being the most expensive in the Westchester area. The investment property boasts 32 acres of land, its lake, and—believe it or not—its stargazing observatory. The Howard estate contains six bedrooms, five full baths, and four partial baths.

It’s a simple feat for Howard since he is worth an estimated value of $200 million. To a certain degree, the man deserves nothing but the best since he has worked hard throughout his career. The home was in the Howard family’s possession for 20 years, but Ron decided to sell because his kids are now adults and have moved out of the house. In a press release, Howard expressed his memories of the home but stated that it is time for his family to move on.

SAMUEL L. JACKSON – $13 MILLION, NEW YORK

Actor and film producer Samuel Jackson, who gained wider recognition in the early ’90s due to his involvement with films like Goodfellas, Jungle Fever and Pulp Fiction, and well-known by young fans as Nick Fury of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, listed this New York apartment for sale for $13 million. We’re not sure why he’s offloading the investment property, given it looks like a gem that most would choose to hang onto.

But the new owner will have a lot to be happy about with this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath pad that’s been home to Nick Fury of the Marvel MCU. Jackson hopes to make a multi-million dollar gain on selling his multi-unit condominium on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He initially bought it for $4.8 million back in 2005, and now he’s selling it for a whopping $13 million. Expanding your real estate portfolio is indeed one of the best investments that you can make. Just look at the guy; he could sell it for more than three times the price he bought it for.

BILLY DEE WILLIAMS – $12.995 MILLION, TROUSDALE ESTATES, BEVERLY HILLS

Actor, voice actor, and legend in the world of Star Wars, Billy Dee Williams, who is best known for playing Lando Calrissian, the original owner of the famous Millenium Falcon in the Star Wars Franchise. It is reported that he was the previous owner of this magnificent mansion in Beverly Hills. It was listed in 2018 for $12.995 million, a far cry from the $2.79 million that Williams spent to acquire it sometime in 2012.

You surely don’t need a finance degree to know that you have made an incredible profit from the sale. But the price hike on the house reflects a significant stylistic overhaul such as the walls have been completely blown out to make a more open floor plan, outdoor spaces have been completely redone, and tile floors have been changed to hardwood. The Balinese-inspired investment property reportedly sits on 6,000 square feet of livable space, has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a large swimming pool, and gorgeous cityscapes.

MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY – $4 MILLION, AUSTIN

The American actor and producer Matthew McConaughey rose to become one of Hollywood’s most beloved actors after playing Davide Wooderson in Richard Linklater’s coming-of-age comedy film Dazed and Confused. According to him, he reportedly thinks of this stunning mansion in Austin, Texas as his home. After all, the man was born and raised in Texas, so it’s only fitting that he spent some money to acquire real estate in the area.

The 10,800-square-foot estate, which boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an elevator as well as a drool-worthy home security system, was designed by esteemed architect Addison Mizner in 1997. The mansion is located primarily in the Rivercrest area near Lake Austin. Found inside the Spanish-Mediterranean inspired estate are marble counters, beige tiled floors, a spiral staircase, and marble counters. If you are a water enthusiast, you can find seven boats slipped down the hill to the lake.

JOHN TRAVOLTA – $10.5 MILLION, FLORIDA

The actor, producer, pilot, and all-around Hollywood bigwig John Travolta, catapulted to fame after starring in the musical comedy film Grease. At the age of 66, he’s just about set for retirement already. In related news, he is reportedly selling his much-envied Florida mansion. The house is just one of Travolta’s investments, making them one of the first owners of a Jumbolair property.

It isn’t just a huge investment property with all the amenities one could desire, mind you, it also has a runway. Unusual right? Well, this property has its own integrated runway that is actually usable, not just for planes, but actual Boeing 737s, we should add. The 7,550 feet of paved runway is reported to have the ability to accommodate aircrafts as big as a Boeing 747 and his own 707 Jetliner. The price tag for such a gem? $10.5 million, which is reasonable, considering how gargantuan the place is.

BLAKE SHELTON – $3 MILLION, NASHVILLE

Country music singer, television host, and personality, Blake Shelton, who rose to a certain degree of prominence after the release of his debut album, Austin, reportedly moved out of the house that he was sharing with his ex-wife Miranda Lambert. Afterward, he bought this $3 million dollar home in Nashville, Tennessee. Of course, the home is amazing; it sits on 400 acres of land with hiking trails galore.

Luckily, the investment property became a featured topic on InStyle, which left us drooling at how elegant and majestic the place looks. Shelton will undoubtedly be spending a lot of time here, luxuriating with his new girlfriend, Gwen Stefani. The house features three bedrooms, fireplaces in almost every room, and two cabins on the property. It’s the perfect getaway if you want to have some space away from the Hollywood spotlight. Outside, the house is equally as grand. It has 75 acres of pastureland and a two-stall horse barn. The singer now has space to curate and live a country life experience.

PAT SAJAK – $699K, GLENDALE

The Television personality Pat Sajak, best known for being the host for the long-running game show The Wheel of Fortune, has said to have owned this fine investment property in Glendale, California, which found itself back on the market in 2014 for $699,000. The property built all the way back in 1911, has undergone extensive remodeling, while at the same time, retaining much of its look from the period it was built.

The house itself is massive, sitting on a double lot, and it’s clear that from what we know, the sellers didn’t make any profit out of it, since the property itself was bought by Sajak’s ex-wife for a price of only $425,000 back in 1986. If we were to adjust the price for inflation, it was sold as a much more valued price back then compared to the listed price in 2014.

ALEX TREBEK – $1.3 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

TV Host and famous personality Alex Trebek, who people as being the host of the long-running syndicated game show, Jeopardy!, reportedly put this mansion in California up for sale. The home is truly a gem, spanning about 30 scenic acres as it overlooks Lake Nacimiento in Paso Robles. There a handful of amenities and lavish rooms featured, such as fully furnished bedrooms and a variety of bright spaces present.

Being built back in 2000, and the new owner won’t just get a wonderful investment property, but also all the Trebekian furniture in it, too. In addition to the main property, there is a 1,500 square foot workshop, a dock, and a private launch ramp right next to it. It’s clear the Trebek spared no less of his money when adding what he wanted in this house. Trebek was also said to have had a big role in the construction and design of the home itself, which should be among the strong selling points of the house.

VANNA WHITE – $47.5 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

TV personality Vanna White, who many might be familiar with as the hostess of the hit television game show Wheel of Fortune (a show which, to her credit, she hosted since 1982). She is reportedly used to live in this California mega-mansion until 2002 when it was sold for an undisclosed amount. White bought the five-acre vacant lot using investment money for an unknown amount during the early 1990s.

Well, the owners now listed the Beverly Hills mansion for $47.5 million. The home boasts 14,554 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a private pool, a garage, and even its wine cellar. Not only that, but the estate also has its vineyard, where the owners can produce their wine. The gated community in which the home is situated also hosts a slew of celebrity homes, including those of Sylvester Stallone, Sumner Redstone, and Denzel Washington.

BILL COSBY– $7.5 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

American Comedian Cosby is well known for starring on the Bill Cosby Show and has a net worth of $400 million, so it’s unsurprising to the public that he owns a $7.5 million mansion. Cosby and his wife Camille own 21 acres of land to protect them from the public. Allegation after an allegation has been surfacing against the comedian, with rumors that the lyrics to Fat Albert may not be so innocent.

The property is shown in an exclusive aerial photo containing at least five buildings, including the main building. The swimming pool and tennis court are part of the 21-acre property purchased by Cosby in 1971. It also shows magnificent pines and an aged forested backyard. The style follows a Tudor Revival style. The Cosby estate is pretty secure, and the grounds are walled in with a gated driveway and entrance. He also has other real estate investments in the suburbs of Los Angeles and Philadelphia.

Simpson now lives peacefully in his $1.8 million houses in Las Vegas.

This 5,000-square-foot house is located in an enclosed village and has amenities such as a swimming pool. Simpson certainly knows how to invest in retirement. The property boasts five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a backyard putting green, and of course, a pool. Although Simpson is planning to gas up and move to Tampa, Florida, he can be close to his kids with his late wife, Nicole Brown.

BOB BARKER – $2.1 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Retired game show host and all-around living icon, Bob Barker, who many will know for being the former host of the longtime-running television game show, The Price is Right, reportedly owns this mansion in Los Angeles that is worth $2.1 million. If you ask us, it should be worth much more than that given its location and its owner, who is, to his credit, a legend in his own right. The house was originally built in 1929 and has a total floor space of 5,000 square feet with four bedrooms, including a maid’s quarters.

Now, the home has been turned into a “Historic-Cultural Landmark” by the city of Los Angeles, which means future owners won’t be able to tear it down but will qualify for tax breaks! Barker stated that he knew that the house was truly special from the moment he and his late wife, Dorothy Jo, moved in. As a result, they didn’t do any renovations or changes to its exterior or interior architecture.

She has been a Greenwich resident for quite some time now, and her magnificent near-town estate has all the bells and whistles sought by today’s most discriminating buyers. The Supreme Diva purchased this five-acre mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut, back in 2006.

With its brick exterior and slate roof, marble appointments and custom millwork as well as light and airy casual spaces and state-of-the-art technology and home security system, this home is grand yet warm and livable. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is secluded yet accessible to downtown Greenwich. Originally built in 1930 located in the Belle Haven community, the Colonial-style estate has 3.4 acres of rolling, manicured lawns with a pool house and a tennis court. The 7,765 square-foot house features six bedrooms and six baths.

WESLEY SNIPES – $10 MILLION, NEW JERSEY

American actor Wesley Trent Snipes is not only a popular actor but a director, producer, and author too. Snipes is one of the most prominent actors during the 90s. He starred in memorable films like White Men Can’t Jump, Blade Trilogy, and the Demolition Man. His apartment was destroyed during the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers’ collapse during the attacks on September 11. He now lives in New Jersey in his modest house worth $10 million with his wife Nakyung Park, a talented painter.

Talking about Wesley’s house, it has a swimming pool, home cinema, and an office. Looking at the amenities he has in his house, and we don’t think he would apply for a home loan to buy another property. But there’s no doubt that Snipes will also expand his real estate portfolio just like any other celebrity since it is what gives them the big bucks.

ROBERT REDFORD – $7 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Actor, producer and entrepreneur, Robert Redford, who many might not know is the founder of the Sundance Film Festival, reportedly sold this sprawling mansion in Napa Valley for $7 million, which is every bit as secluded and rustic as you might imagine. The investment property sits on more than 10 acres of land, which is enough land to create their wine label. It was originally priced at $7.5 million, which Redford offloaded for a still amazing price of $7 million.

The main home is 5,255 square feet, boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and interiors that are the epitome of luxury. A house this big surely also gets you a hefty insurance price. There are also two other separate structures within this Redfordian plot of land used as an art studio and a workshop. The home, also known as the Danza del Sol, features a main European-style manor placed at the end of a long, winding driveway.

JIMMY BUFFET – $8.25 MILLION, BEVERLY HILLS

When you think about Jimmy Buffett, you immediately think about beaches, Hawaiian shirts, Florida, and the Caribbean. But the American singer, songwriter, author, and entrepreneur—to be honest, this man was able to accomplish so much and has many investments that it will be difficult to list them all—reportedly purchased this Beverly Hills estate for $8.25 million. The home was constructed back in 1963, but it is far from vintage-looking since the previous owner reportedly spent a fortune renovating the place.

It boasts 4,322 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and its very own saltwater pool. The floor plan is open, enabling flow from the living room, kitchen, dining, family room, and outdoors for entertaining. The investment property is a beauty, and Mr. Margaritaville is expected to have a lot to be happy about as he eats Cheeseburgers in this paradise (to you kiddos: those are references to his songs, FYI).

ROSIE O’DONNELL- $5.1 MILLION, NEW YORK

Actress, producer and author, Rosie O’Donnell, reportedly went on a real estate selling spree back in 2018, selling off portions of her 5-residence investment property in New York. The main residence, which she sold for $5.1 million from an original price of $5.3 million, is a colonial-inspired home that she bought in 2002. O’Donnell made a pretty penny from that particular sale since she reportedly purchased it for $2.9 million back then, which is why making investments in real estate is a wise move to make for anyone.

The 7,092-square-foot sprawling estate boasts seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and a lot of the creature comforts that one would expect from a mansion that is worth $5.1 million. All by itself, the gargantuan, loft-like amazing room spans over 2,400-square-feet with dining areas and multiple seating, lustrous wide-plank hardwood floorboards, and a double-island kitchen with granite countertops.

WILL SMITH – $42 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Actor, rapper, and entrepreneur Will Smith, who had at one point been named by Newsweek as one of the most powerful figures in Hollywood. Without a doubt, Will Smith has the Midas touch in his career, rolling from one Hollywood blockbuster to another, making him one of the highest-paid actors in the world. With a combined net worth together with his wife and fellow actor, Jada Pinkett Smith, it is expected that they would own this type of mansion.

He owns a ridiculously large mansion in Calabasas, California. The value of the property? Only $42 million! Esteemed architect Stephen Samuelson designed the home, and it reportedly took more than a few years to finish. Understandable given that the whole property spans 150 acres. To make the Smith family even more desirable, this particular home in Calabasas is just one of Smith’s huge real estate investments, including other homes in California, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii.

TIGER WOODS – $54 MILLION, FLORIDA

Professional golfer Tiger Woods, who is widely recognized as the best golfer in the world today and will be inducted to the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2021, reportedly owns this mega-mansion in Florida, which—of course—has its 4-hole golf course. Interestingly enough, Woods moved into the place in 2010 after purchasing it in 2006, when his divorce with Elin Nordegren was being finalized. One side of the massive investment property is a beach area, while the other is the 4-hole golf practice facility.

Of course, it has other creature comforts as well, like a huge theater room, a wine cellar, and a sizable guesthouse, which is separate from the main house. The Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Island house, for which Woods took out a $50 million-plus mortgage, is just one of the more expensive houses on the barrier island. According to Forbes, its price tag in 2006 of $40 million was the highest to that point on the island.

MARK CUBAN – $19 MILLION, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Entrepreneur and television personality Mark Cuban, who many will know as one of the “sharks” in the ABC’s hit reality television show Shark Tank, and as the owner of the professional basketball NBA team The Dallas Mavericks. He reportedly purchased this amazing beach house located in California for a whopping $19 million. Of course, the house looks like it came out of a dream—and we didn’t expect anything less from Cuban, who is worth north of $4 billion.

Indeed, the billionaire has a huge real estate investment portfolio consisting of mansions worldwide. The 7,800-square-foot house is on the grounds of The Montage in Laguna Beach, a five-star resort somewhere south of Los Angeles. Mark Cuban’s house is located on a bluff overlooking the beach and contains glass doors that vanish into the walls when occupants want to merge outdoor and indoor spaces. The house boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a library, a wine cellar, and probably a state-of-the-art home security system.

LIL WAYNE – MIAMI, $17 MILLION

Rapper, singer, songwriter and producer, Lil Wayne, who gained prominence after the release of his debut album, Guerrilla Warfare, reportedly dropped $17 million on this Miami mansion, portions of which were designed to look like they’re floating on water. The unbelievably stunning investment property boasts seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a large open-air atrium, and, well, jaw-dropping architecture. The house begins with a pond that feels like a moat that you have to traverse to get to the front door.

The house has 10,472 square feet with 110 feet of water frontage. Once you get inside, the moveable walls make it difficult to tell where the outdoors starts and the indoors end. Lil Wayne reportedly sold his other Miami mansion for $10 million a year before putting his investment money on this mansion. Interestingly enough, this new Miami mansion was designed by the same architect, Choeff Levy Fischman, whose homes break real estate records for their extremely high asking price.

ZACH & TORI ROLOFF – $560K, PORTLAND, OREGON

Reality television stars Zach and Tori Roloff, who gained widespread recognition for starring in TLC’s reality television series, Little People, Big World, reportedly sold their old home and purchased this enviably-sized one in Portland, Oregon for $560,000. Not far from his parents’ famous Roloff Farms in Oregon, the couple’s property is surrounded by lush green grass that matches the paint on the house.

So, if the couple wants to go to Roloff Farms, they don’t need to gas up and drive far from the farm. The investment property is said to have more than enough bedrooms and space for the new couple to expand their family. The home is also conveniently close to the Roloff family farm, where Zach will need to go to-and-from for work and filming for the show. Pictures of the home have been shared online, and we think it looks traditional and cozy.

MACAULAY CULKIN – NEW YORK, $2 MILLION

The actor, musician, podcaster, and web host, Macaulay Culkin, who everyone will remember as Kevin McCallister. He is the crazy little boy who out-schemed two professional but goofy thieves in the first two Home Alone films, invited Bullet magazine to take a sneak peek inside his $2-million apartment in New York, and it was trippy. While most would do a little cleaning before letting the cameras in, Culkin seemed happy with the litter-strewn look kicking around.

The actor-turned artist looked considerably healthier than he did before. Culkin did a tremendous amount of renovation to turn the 5,100-square-foot investment property into an art studio and said he and his friends went “a little nuts” on the decoration. Indeed, pictures of the apartment/art studio are online, and they are, in a word, weird. But with a net worth amounting to $18 million, we don’t think he has any trouble handling the mortgage for his trippy apartment.

DWIGHT HOWARD – $12.5 MILLION, ATLANTA

Professional basketball player Dwight Howard, who currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA, reportedly snagged up this Atlanta mansion for $12.5 million in 2016. This was shortly after the basketball star signed a $70.5-million deal with the Atlanta Hawks, the team he played for during the 2016 to 2017 NBA season. Howard’s interview with a sports reporter gave us a complete tour of his 35,000-square-foot mansion.

The house features three laundry rooms, five kitchens, an enormous 14-car garage, which also houses his Thanos-inspired purple Rolls Royce, and there’s no doubt that he has also installed the latest home security system. The home sits on 3.5 acres of land and has a large pool, pool house, and more than enough patios and outdoor living space to make the 6-feet-and-10-inch tall basketball player feel right at home together with his exotic snakes that reach 200 pounds in weight. Howard frequently refers to himself as Superman, but in this home, he’s a king.

BILL GATES – $127.MILLION, WASHINGTON

Business magnate and philanthropist Bill Gates, who many will know as one of the founders of the Microsoft Corporation, reportedly owns this massive mega-mansion in Washington, which experts have estimated to be worth around $127 million. The large sprawling estate has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and, as you might expect from Microsoft’s owner, is fitted with the latest tech gadgetry and home security system.

The home is even modest by Bill Gates’ standards—or, at least, what should be Bill Gates’ standards—since the man is estimated to be worth just a few billion short of a hundred billion dollars. It shouldn’t be too surprising for anyone that the third richest man on the planet with a net worth of $131 billion owns an insanely extravagant home. Sitting at 66,000 square feet, the home is insanely massive, and it took Gates several years to build. Upon completion, he named his estate Xanadu 2.0.

TOM CRUISE – PRICE UNDISCLOSED, FLORIDA

Tom Cruise is a multi-awarded actor and producer. He has an estimated net worth of $550 million and has been ranked among the highest-paid actors in the world, reportedly sold his mansion in Los Angeles to move and live a single life in Clearwater, Florida, a home that’s close to the main headquarters of Scientology. After all, Cruise is a member of Scientology and is, in fact, one of its richest and most important members.

Cruise has long planned on leaving Los Angeles since he doesn’t need to be there for work, and he’s off doing movies all around the world. The house has a private entrance for the actor and a car elevator that can carry nine vehicles into his private garage. Although the value of the investment property is unknown, if its pictures online are any indication, you don’t need to have a college degree to know that it is somewhere in the millions of dollars.

TREVOR NOAH – $20.5 MILLION, BEL AIR

Comedian, political commentator, and television host, Trevor Noah, who is more popularly known as the host of The Daily Show and has been ranked by Time Magazine as one of the most influential people in the world, was said to have dropped $20.5 million to acquire this magnificent mansion in Bel Air. The 10,044-square-foot investment property boasts six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an open-concept floor plan, a personal movie theatre, a library, and a personal gym.

With that many amenities, it’s safe to say that you’d prefer being a stay-in type of person rather than going out. as well as jaw-dropping city views. It looks like Noah even purchased it with a small discount since the property originally listed for $20.995 million. In addition to that, Trevor’s neighbors are also some of Hollywood’s most popular celebrities, the likes of which include Jay Z, Beyonce, and Jennifer Aniston. Why leave a place like this right?

TAYLOR SWIFT – $17.75 MILLION, RHODE ISLAND

Grammy award-winning singer and songwriter, Taylor Swift, who, at 14 years old, made history as the youngest artist signed by Sony Music. She also made a huge ripple after news agencies and showbiz insiders mentioned her offloading her Rhode Island mansion for a whopping $17.75 million. Apparently, Taylor hosted numerous lavish parties in the house, which have been attended by her equally famous friends, who she affectionately refers to as her ‘Squad.’

After all, she loves parties and we can expect that all of her estates are perfect fit for any outdoor parties and social events. The investment property was built way back in the 1930s and boasts eight spacious bedrooms, a huge pool, and picturesque views of Narragansett Bay. All of this showcases how she values party life when opting for a property. Pictures of the house have been released online, and it is quite an amazing property.

The British chef and restaurateur, Jamie Oliver, is known for his various involvement with numerous cooking shows. Aside from that, he’s also famous as the man behind the wheels of many restaurants and establishments he founded in strategic locations around the world. For sure, he made lots of money in the businesses he established over the past couple of years so we can expect that his home is nothing short of spectacular.

With that in mind, that’s exactly what his property in Essex showcases for its spectators. However, his home received extra exposure to the public amidst the global pandemic as his main residence during the self isolation ordered by his local government. His investment of around $7.4 million that he put up last year was well worth it in our opinion. The 70-acre estate even has another fairly sized structure separate from the main house that looks to be an area for house guests.

MEG RYAN – $9.85 MILLION, SOHO

Actress and producer Meg Ryan, who gained wider recognition in Hollywood after playing Sally Albright in the highly successful romantic comedy, When Harry Met Sally. For those who don’t know, it was said to have sold her amazing Soho apartment for $9.85 million. However, because it has been sitting in the property listing for quite some time, the actress decided to strip down from its original price of $10.9 million the year before.

Ryan purchased the place in 2014 for $8 million, which means she was able to make a pretty penny from the sale. The investment property boasts 4,100 square feet of space and a classic architectural design that anyone will find easy to fall in love with. Indeed, pictures of the pad online show it to be something that came out of an HGTV magazine and that’s pretty much an understatement considering how gorgeous her Soho mansion is in real life.

KATHIE LEE GIFFORD – $10.5 MILLION, KEY LARGO

Actress, television presenter, singer, songwriter, and author, Kathie Lee Gifford, who most will remember as host of the now-defunct television talk show Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee, reportedly listed this Key Largo mansion in 2018 for $10.5 million. Many people found the property expensive by their own definitions but to people with a keen sense of money management, it is a sure win for them.

The property boasts picturesque views of Card Sound Bay. The Watson Luxury Properties Group, who handled the listing, even shared a virtual tour video of the property online. This was to accommodate people who are interested in seeing what the interior looks like without going there personally, and we have to say that it looks jaw-dropping and fantastic. Also, Kathie Lee posted numerous pictures of herself on social media luxuriating within the properties grounds, and we can be certain that the new owner will have much to be happy about.

GWEN STEFANI & BLAKE SHELTON – $13.2 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Country music singer Blake Shelton and singer-songwriter Gwen Stefani, who are co-judges of the television singing competition show, The Voice, reportedly purchased this gorgeous $13.2 million mansion in Los Angeles together. Indeed, it is the first home that they purchased as a couple but it is certainly a smart move coming from both of them. We could also assume that it would be the first of many investments made by this power couple.

The 13,000-square-foot home reportedly sits on a sprawling 1.6-acre lot and boasts impressive creature comforts like a large theater, an outdoor pool, and cabana, as well as a state-of-the-art home security system. Although the couple has quarantined together in Shelton’s Oklahoma home, we’ve no doubt they’ll be spending a lot of time in this huge pad in Los Angeles in the near future. This is also not the last time their fans would see and hear news about these new powerhouse couples.

AARON PAUL – $2.2 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Actor Aaron Paul Sturtevant, who is best known for playing Jesse Pinkman in the multi-award winning AMC television series Breaking Bad, has reportedly let go of this mansion in Los Angeles for $2.2 million. The Spanish Colonial-style home was purchased by Paul for $1.3 million back in 2012 but found its way to the market in 2019 for $2.499 million.

The property served him as his headquarters for around seven years and he already did a couple of renovations around the estate that bumped up the price tag associated with the house. This real estate investment boasts four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bath. It sports a spacious 2,864 square feet of living space, and unblemished views of the city of Los Angeles. It also reportedly has a big screening room, which the new owner will definitely be happy about. After all, it has all of the modern amenities that most people look for.

OPRAH WINFREY – $50 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Media executive, actress, talk show host and producer, Oprah Winfrey, who is more popularly known as the host of the longtime-running but now-defunct talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, has a huge investment portfolio. Despite the amazing feat, we’re not all that surprised that, given her billionaire status. One of her more impressive real estate possessions is this mansion in Montecito worth an estimated $50 million.

This 23,000-square-foot home was even described by Oprah as “impressive” and “perfect,” and that every single guest she invited to the house has virtually shared her opinion on just how opulent the place is. Today, along with the adjacent $28.85 million property she bought along the way, the TV personality’s humble abode currently carries an estimated value of $90 million. The Italian-styled home features six bedrooms, 14 bedrooms, a wine cellar, a gourmet chef made of every top-class chef’s dreams, ten fireplaces, a library, a theater, and plenty of privacy for its residents.

JOY BEHAR – $3.8 MILLION, EAST HAMPTON

Actress and TV talk show host Joy Behar, who many will know as one of the hosts of the program, The View, seems to have gotten bored of this mansion because she listed it in 2016 for $3.8 million – though she eventually reduced it to $3.45 million. With that said, we still don’t have a clue behind why she decided to offload it, especially since the pictures of the investment property we found present it to be an amazing piece of real estate.

The 4,000-square-foot home sits on 0.78 acres of land, features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home’s new residents can also look forward to its other amenities, like its formal dining room, an open kitchen, a great room with vaulted ceiling, a first-floor master suite with a fireplace and spa-like bathroom, and an office on the second floor. If that’s still not enough, the property is located in East Hampton, a place that many celebrities love to call home.

You’ve Reached The End
